The creations of John Ribbe reflect his international lifestyle. Born in Hamburg, he graduated from FIT in New York and later moved to Paris. After his first fashion show in 1993, the International Herald Tribune called John “one of the leaders of the latest trends in Paris” and the German Burda wrote “his fresh ideas make John Ribbe the newcomer on the international fashion stage”.

His style is strongly influenced by his passion for architecture; the shapes are pure, clean, and immaculate. John is a member of the Chambre Syndicale du Prêt-à-Porter des couturiers et créateurs and lives today between Hamburg and Paris.

In 2011, John launched his first bag collection. Just like his fashion, his bags are graphic, colorful, and transformable. Leather étuis for eyeglasses, telephones, or wallets are combined with pouches in a variety of shapes and sizes.

John’s bags offer countless options and let the customer personalize their ideal bag, mixing colors and shapes according to mood and taste.
